Registration in our Loyalty Program will be open to those guests who have stayed at least one time at The Villas on an applicable rate and any benefits accrued will be available for future visits.
In addition to benefits available to all members of the program just by signing up, there are three levels of membership: Silver, Gold and Platinum. In order to achieve “Silver” membership status, you must stay 10 nights within a two year period; for “Gold” membership status 30 nights within a two year period and for “Platinum” membership status, 60 nights within a two year period. “Nights” will expire after 24 months (from the first point).
A Member is eligible to receive Points for staying at The Villas for his/her Villa and up to two additional Villas. At least one of the Villas must be reserved and registered in the Member's name and the Member must pay for all Villas, which payment arrangement must be requested at time of hotel check-in. The Member must also stay in one of the Villas. Stays in the Studio villa do not accrue points.
A minimum of three nights must be stayed in order to redeem a benefit. ( Not available for stays in the Studio villa)
No other person except the Member may earn Points for his/her Membership Account. Points for a Villa shared by two or more Loyalty Program Members will only be awarded to one Loyalty Program Member.
Point accrual is limited to individual travel and the Member must pay for the Villa individually. The Member must have an individual Villa bill that is paid at checkout or direct billed to the party responsible for paying the bill. If the Villa is master-billed, the charges are not eligible for Points.
If the Member attends a convention or group meeting and individually pays the hotel directly for the Villa, he/she will be eligible to receive Points for the stay. However, contract Villas, Villas reserved by corporations on an ongoing basis, master-billed Villas and Villas booked through travel agents or third party websites are not eligible to earn Points.
Discounted rates including last minute specials, promotional packages, and industry or owners rates are not eligible. Stays in the studio villa are also not eligible.
Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
For every friend, family or acquaintance that you refer directly to our reservations department and they book and stay 5 days or more, we will give you $100.00 credit to your room account for your next stay (minimum 3 nights stay). Your friends will also benefit, as after their stay, they will become entitled to join the return loyalty membership and receive the same offers you do.
